General Ranch Rules

No Smoking in any Building or within 30 ft of buildings including blinds.

Speed Limit is 20 Miles per hour on the Ranch.

Payment:
- All access fees are payable upon approval of reservation.
- In the event Harvest Fee Deposit does not Cover full cost of animal taken, All balances are required to be paid in full upon departure.
- A convenience fee will be applied to Harvest Fees if paying with a credit card at check out; the fee is 3.5%
- We accept checks, cash (U.S. dollars only), cashier checks, traveler’s checks, money orders, credit/debit cards, and Crypto
- Wire transfers are accepted as final payment if the funds are transferred prior to departure.
- NSF fee is $35 for any returned check.

Cancellation Policy:
- A minimum of 72hrs written notice must be given for rescheduling.
- A processing Fee of 3.5% may be withheld for all Credit Card Refunds
- Any cancellations must be rescheduled within one year. after that, deposits are forfeited.
- All no-shows will be billed in full. Please have stand-ins available.
- You are responsible for the dates reserved for you.
- If you choose to leave early, you still pay for all days reserved on schedule.

Harvest Fee Guide (Gross Boone & Crockett Score):
- Doe/Spike = $225
- 80-100 class = $1000
- 100-129 class = $1500
- 130-139 Class = $2500
- 140-149 Class = $3000
- 150-159 Class = $3500
- 160-169 Class = $4000
- 170-179 Class = $6000
- 180-189 Class = $8000
- 190-199 Class = $10,000
Any drop tine goes to the next price bracket, if over 200”, add $2500

Deposits
- 100% of Desired Harvest Fee
- Payable upon arrival
- Harvest Fees are 100% Refunded with a no Kill
- KIll Definition: We consider an animal a KIll if you hit it in the horn, tail, gut, or if we find blood, meat, hair or see/hear that it has been hit. The wounded game is charged at full quoted price.
